Risk and role disclosures

The most important statements about what TranzzoPe is, what it is not, and what it cannot promise.

TranzzoPe acts as a broker and technology partner. TranzzoPe does not hold, control, process, or settle merchant funds. Processing, reserves, payouts, underwriting, and settlement obligations are handled by the contracted payment provider under its agreement with the merchant.

No guaranteed approval

Submitting an application does not create any entitlement to processing. Payment providers underwrite each merchant independently and may decline, request further documentation, or offer terms different from any indication discussed beforehand.

No guaranteed payouts or timelines

T+7 and T+14 describe common settlement structures, not promises. Payout timing, holds, rolling reserves and release schedules are controlled by the payment provider and may change based on risk, chargeback performance or regulatory requirements.

Not a bank, acquirer or PSP

TranzzoPe does not hold client money, does not operate a payment account, and does not settle funds. All funds flow under the provider's agreement with the merchant.

Fee disclosure

  • USD $750 one-time setup fee, charged only after approval and deducted from the first payout
  • USD $200 per month technology support and gateway fee
  • Provider pricing, MDR, reserves and chargeback fees are set separately by the provider

Category and jurisdiction risk

High-risk categories are subject to changing acquiring appetite, card scheme rules and local regulation. A category or country that is supported today may become unavailable. Merchants remain responsible for the legality of their products and marketing in every market they serve.

No legal, tax or financial advice
